The Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (PDF) (HTML) (Coordinated Plan) guides applicants in developing proposals for the Federal Transit Administration’s Section 5310 program (or the Community Transit Grant Program in Massachusetts). It provides transportation providers with guidance to better meet the transportation needs of seniors (people ages 65 and older) and people with disabilities.

On September 21, 2023, the MPO board voted to release the Coordinated Plan for a 15-day public comment period, concluding on October 6, 2023. Review the plan and submit your feedback to Betsy Harvey, eharvey@ctps.org.
