CTPS Webmaster to Research Drupal Blogging Capabilities
CTPS Certification Activities Manager Lourenço Dantas announced Friday that he had requested that the agency webmaster explore the capacity of the current website to host a blog to take the place of the TransReport newsletter, currently distributed bi-monthly.
"A blog allows us to disseminate news in a streaming fashion so that informative articles reach interested articles in a more timely fashion," Dantas noted. "It will also spread out our workload so that it is less deadline driven."

One key feature that will be sought for the new blog will be a so-called "tag cloud," that presents a visual index of search terms, with more frequent terms in larger type sizes. The cloud adjusts dynamically as new blog entries are added.
