8.      Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Major Infrastructure Project Updates, Anne McGahan, MPO Staff, and Project Proponents: Presentation and discussion of staff’s work to update project data for major infrastructure projects being considered for funding in the new LRTP, Destination 2040. Project proponents and staff of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will be present to provide updates and answer project-specific questions. The focus of this presentation will be on major infrastructure projects located in MassDOT Highway District 4; 60 minutes (to be posted)

9.      Transit Programming in the Federal Fiscal Years (FFYs) 2020-24 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), Samantha Silverberg, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) and Matt Genova, MPO Staff: Presentation and discussion of the MBTA’s project selection and programming process. MPO staff will also present draft project programming from the other regional transit authorities in the Boston region (MetroWest Regional Transit Authority and Cape Ann Transportation Authority) for the FFYs 2020-24 TIP; 30 minutes (to be posted)

Complaints filed under Massachusetts General Law (based on race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or ancestry) or Governor's Executive Order 526, section 4 (based on race, color, age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, disability, veteran's status [including Vietnam-era veterans], or background) must be filed no later than 300 calendar days after the date the person believes the discrimination occurred. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA), and MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA), which are Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5307(c) applicants, have consulted with the MPO and concur that the public involvement process adopted by the MPO for the development of the Transportation Improvement Program satisfies the public hearing requirements that pertain to the development of the Program of Projects for regular Section 5307, Urbanized Area Formula Program, grant applications, including the provision for public notice and the time established for public review and comment.
