Do you consider additional factors in your evaluation? Please describe below. Project readiness; air quality impacts; sponsor capabilities     The above answers reflect prioritization in our low-income funding programs. MTC has many other programs where the above prioritization would be different. Innovation, replicability, strategic value, technical and financial capacity of applicant, implementation schedule Yes.  Our advisory committee of stakeholders identifies additional factors prior to each funding cycle.  These include things that are not easily scored, such as geographic distribution of funding or project scalability (for projects that can take a partial funding award). Constructability and applicant capacity/reliability. We consider a project sponsor's ability to deliver a final product and their prior experience in delivering a project in a timely manner. We also focus on whether they will be able to complete a project/program prior to funds expiring. We consider the consulting team's experience as well as that a sponsor is using for a project. We require all project/program applicants to meet with us so we can confirm that they are familiar with requirements, standards, and regulations to move forward with a project.
