Mobility Challenges and Solutions ⇒ Performance Measures

Once mobility challenges have been identified and potential solutions defined, a set of evaluation criteria will be applied to all of the solutions to rate the effectiveness of each.

The 2003 PMT used the following categories of evaluation criteria:
  • Utilization

  • Mobility

  • Cost-Effectiveness

  • Air Quality

  • Service Quality

  • Economic and Land Use Impacts

  • Environmental Justice
The definition of each criterion from the 2003 PMT will be reviewed by the PMT Stakeholder Advisory Committee and revised if necessary.
