News Flash!
The Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization adopted
amendment three to the federal fiscal years 2010–2013 Transportation Improvement Program. It programmed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds, one highway earmark, and one transit earmark. The Boston Region MPO is considering an amendment to its Public Participation Program. The 45-day public comment period on this action will begin Monday, February 8. The new TIP interactive database is now available online. The MPO is soliciting project proposals for the Federal Transit Administration’s Job Access and Reverse Commute Program and New Freedom Program.
